I don't know about you, but when I think of tiny eastern European nations, there's only one that comes to mind, Latveria! Some might say, "What about, Symkaria, Home of the scantly clad glistening vixen; Silver Sable?" I cast them aside and say "Nay." For there is only one Man of Steel who I would entrust an entire savage Banat nation to. A man who not only holds a Doctorate in Villainy and general badassery, but a man whose face is so disfigured and vile as to induce vomiting... none other than the voracious Victor von DOOM!
